What is the online store? What can I buy?

From our online store you can buy our authentic mountain sausages and cold meats. You can find the different varieties of sausages and cold meats in our product gallery.

How does the online purchase process work?

To make a purchase from our Botiga Obach you must select the products that you are interested in and add them to your cart. Once the items you are looking for have been selected, you can continue the purchase process viewing your cart, where you will see a summary of your purchase. Once you have verified the products in the cart, you can begin the order and payment process by clicking on “Proceed to checkout”.

Do I have to register for the online store? How do I do it?

Yes, to be able to make any purchase via our Botiga Obach you must register as a user. After having selected the products, check them in your cart and continue to place the order, you can register your information in the “My account” section on our webpage.

Is it safe to buy from the online store? Are my details protected?

All transactions carried out on are 100% secure. All transactions which involve the transfer of personal information or bank details are carried out using a secure environment. All the information that you provide is encrypted through the network, thanks to the service based on the standard SSL (Secure Socked Layer) technological security system. Likewise, your credit card details are not registered on any database, but rather go directly to the SPT (Sales Point Terminal) of the bank operator.

If I forget my password, how can I recover it?

By clicking on the button “Lost your password?”, that you can find in the section “My account”. You will receive an email reminding you of your password.

How can I place an order?

To place an order you must follow the steps below:

Choose the products

  • In every product sheet there is an “Add to cart” button. You simply have to click on the button and the reference will be added to the shopping cart.
  • The cart will collect all the articles that you wish to purchase. The products and units The products and units can be modified from the cart itself.
  • To begin the buying process simply click on the button “Place order” that you will find at the bottom of the cart.

Fill out the order form and finalise the purchase

Once registered, you only have to fill out the forms with the delivery address and accept the purchase conditions.

Pay via the available methods

The payment of any purchase may be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or similar), through bank transfer to our current account and through the PayPal system (which also accepts payment by credit card, including American Express).

How long will my order take to arrive?

The products will be delivered within a period of 24 and 48 hours, commencing from the day following the date on which the order is made, depending on the area. Weekends and holidays are not included in this period.

Can I change or return my order?

In the event there is a problem with any of our products, you must send an email to, with the details of the order, your identification, the reason for the return and a photo of how the product arrived, in the event that it is defective. We will respond to your email in the shortest period possible, to resolve the problem. What are the delivery charges for orders made via

The items are sent by courier and the cost is as follows:

Spain (excluding the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): €6.50, free for orders exceeding €80
The Balearic Islands: €18.95, free for orders exceeding € 120
Portugal: €18.95, free for orders exceeding € 120

Embotits Obach is not able, for the moment, to make deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Andorra, the EU and the rest of the world.

How can I know if my order has been placed correctly?

Once the buying process is complete you will receive an email stating the order number as well as the order details.

I am unable to complete the buying process, what should I do?

If your order has not been completed for any reason, we will send you an email informing you that the order has not been made correctly. If you cannot find the message in your Inbox, please also check your Spam. In the event you do not receive the notification, or if you have any questions, you can contact us by email at

What happens if I am not at home when the goods are delivered?

If the courier does not find the client at home, a message will be left on the contact number given to arrange another date and time for the delivery.

Are deliveries made to the peninsula and archipelagos?

We only take orders for delivery addresses in the peninsula, Andorra or the Balearic Islands. Currently Embotits Obach is not able to make deliveries to Ceuta and Melilla, Andorra, the EU and the rest of the world.

What payment methods can I use?

The payment of any purchase can be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or similar),by bank transfer to our current account and by the PayPal system (which also accepts payment by credit card, including American Express).

The card with which the payment is made must be issued by a bank or building society with a registered address in a member state of the European Union, or Continental Europe.

What does the price on the website include?

The prices stated for the online store include VAT.

Will I receive an invoice for the purchase?

In the e-mail where we inform you that your order has been sent, you will find the corresponding invoice attached.

I would like an invoice with my Tax Identification Number, is it possible?

Yes, in the invoice section you can state your Corporate/Personal Tax Identification Number, together with the other invoice details (Personal Name/Company Name and address).
