The access to and/or the use of Embotits Obach’s webpage implies the status of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Terms and Conditions of Use described herein. The above-mentioned Conditions shall be applicable regardless of the General Contract Conditions, which in any case must be mandatorily complied with.
3. Use of the website
www.embotitsobach.com provides access to a range of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter referred to as “the content”) by Internet, which belong to Embotits Obach or its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the website. This responsibility covers the registration, if required, to access certain services or content. During this registration process the USER shall be responsible for providing accurate and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration process the USER may be provided with a password, of which it will be responsible, undertaking to make diligent and confidential use of the same.
