Typical cold meat from the Valleys of Andorra, made with whole pancetta and seasoned with salt and black pepper, all cooked over a low heat.

Raw with tomato bread, or thickly cut and grilled.

Pork belly, salt, pepper, preservatives (e-250 and e-252), antioxidant (e-301).

Boiled in a pot over a low heat.

Place at room temperature 10 minutes before use.

In the fridge between 0 to 5 degrees.

Once received, use within 15 days.
