Ingredients

Lean meat and pork bellies, salt, corn starch, lactose, milk proteins, stabilizer (e-420i), wine (contains sulphites), spices and aromas, flavour enhancer (e-621), antioxidant (e-316) preservatives (e-250, e252) and natural colouring (e-120).

Production

Slow curing process of over two months, in a cold and dry atmosphere.

Prior to Use

Place at room temperature 30 minutes before use.

Storage

In a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.

Best Before

Once received, use within 30 days.

Recommendations for Use

Cut very fine, with bread with tomato and virgin olive oil. Or just for snacking at any time of the day.
