Ingredients
Farmhouse chicken (22%), onion, tomato, chicken stock [water, chicken, carrot, onion, leek, parsnip, celery, salt and turnip], wine (contains sulphites), cheese, extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic and pepper; béchamel [Reula milk, onion, rice flour, Cadí butter, olive oil and salt]; fresh pasta [rice and corn flour, pasteurised egg and olive oil]. May contain traces of mustard and fish.
Production
Once the farmhouse chicken is grilled together with the vegetables, we debone it and then chop it up until we get just the right texture. We then roll the filling up in the pasta sheets, add the béchamel sauce and finish up by covering it all in cheese.
