Farmhouse chicken, organic vegetables (onions, tomatoes, carrots, leek), wine (contains sulphites), cheese, oil, salt and pepper. Béchamel sauce: organic La Reula milk, organic onions, organic rice flour, butter and salt. Fresh pasta: organic rice flour and eggs.
Once the farmhouse chicken is grilled together with the vegetables, we debone it and then chop it up until we get just the right texture. We then roll the filling up in the pasta sheets, add the béchamel sauce and finish up by covering it all in cheese.
Prior to Use
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
