Ingredients

Free-range chicken, Cadí BUTTER, organic rice flour, pea flour and pasteurised EGG.

Production

Prepare the batter with the chicken, and cook it until the desired creaminess is achieved. Cool and coat in batter.

Prior to Use

Heat the oil until hot. Add the croquettes (make sure that the oil covers them). After 10 seconds, lower the heat to medium and fry them for 3 minutes until they are golden brown.

Storage

Refrigerate between 0 and 4 degrees.

Best Before

10 days.
