Ingredients
Cow’s milk from La Reüla, free-range chicken (69%), rice flour, cream, BUTTER from Cadí, onion, tomato, chicken and vegetable stock (water, chicken, carrot, onion, leek, parsnip, CELERY, salt and turnip), wine (contains sulphites), extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, pepper. Battering: pasteurised egg, corn, starch, pea protein and fibre, sugar, salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) and flavouring. May contain traces of: FISH and MUSTARD.
Production
Prepare the batter with the chicken, and cook it until the desired creaminess is achieved. Cool and coat in batter.
