Ingredients
Leek (32%), cow’s milk from La Reüla, onion, rice flour, cream from La Reüla, butter from Cadí, goat’s cheese (5%), salt, agar. Battering: pasteurised egg, corn, starch, pea protein and fibre, sugar, salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) and flavouring. May contain traces of FISH, CELERY and MUSTARD.
Production
Once we’ve made the cheese and leek filling, we let it cook until it has just the right creamy consistency. We then leave it to cool before covering each croquette in breadcrumbs.
