Ingredients

Iberian ham, leek, onion, Cadí BUTTER, organic rice flour, pea flour, organic MILK from La Reula, salt, pepper, corn breadcrumbs and pasteurised EGG.

Production

Prepare the batter with the Iberian ham, and cook it until the desired creaminess is achieved. Cool and coat in batter.

Prior to Use

Heat the oil until hot. Add the croquettes (make sure that the oil covers them). After 10 seconds, lower the heat to medium and fry them for 3 minutes until they are golden brown.

Storage

Refrigerate between 0 and 4 degrees.

Best Before

10 days.
