Ingredients
Cow’s milk from La Reüla, Iberian ham (14.5%) [Iberian pork ham, salt and preservatives (potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate)], rice flour, cream, BUTTER from Cadí, onion, pork lard, salt and agar.Battering: pasteurised egg, corn, starch, pea protein and fibre, sugar, salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) and flavouring.May contain traces of: FISH and MUSTARD.
Production
Prepare the batter with the Iberian ham, and cook it until the desired creaminess is achieved. Cool and coat in batter.
