Variant of the French Paté de campagne, it is typical of the Pyrenean regions. We elaborate it by hand, with the right amount of liver and everything cooked slowly in the oven, getting a very tasty toast.

Production

Handmade and simmered in the oven.

Place at room temperature 10 minutes before use.

In the fridge between 0 to 5 degrees.

Check the expiry date and, once opened, consume within 5 days.
