A cheese for cheese lovers. Very tasty, with a creamy texture and a touch of pepper that gives it an exceptional flavour.
Raw goat’s milk, sour curd, soft paste and mouldy skin and pepper.
Totally handmade. Moulded with a spoon from raw goat’s milk, slowly drained and put in the cellar for 8 weeks and covered with pepper.
Prior to Use
Place at room temperature 5 minutes before use.
In the fridge between 4 to 7 degrees.
Once received, use within 3 months.
Recommendations for Use
For an aperitif, accompanied by a glass of red wine.
