Tasting Notes

Although very lean, the texture is tender and flavoursome on the palate.

Ingredients

Lean meat and pork belly, salt, corn starch, lactose, milk proteins, stabilizer (e-420i), wine (contains sulphites), spices and aromas, flavour enhancer (e-621), antioxidant (e-316), preservatives (e-250, e252) and natural colouring (e-120).

Production

Manually pressed with a minimum curing process of two and a half months in a cold and dry atmosphere from the Valley of Organyà.

Prior to Use

Place at room temperature 30 minutes before use.

Storage

In a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.

Best Before

Once received, use within 30 days.

Recommendations for Use

Cut into thin slices. Ideal as an aperitif, on a sandwich or with a piece of toast with extra virgin olive oil.
