Ingredients
Cow’s milk from La Reüla, mushrooms (18%) [button mushrooms, boletus and trumpet mushrooms], rice flour, cream from La Reüla, BUTTER from Cadí, onion, salt, garlic and pepper. Battering: pasteurised egg, corn, starch, pea protein and fibre, sugar, salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) and flavouring. May contain traces of: FISH and MUSTARD.
Production
Once we’ve made the mushroom filling, we let it cook until it has just the right creamy consistency. We then leave it to cool before covering each croquette in breadcrumbs.
