The combination of a crunchy exterior and a creamy interior, mixed with an intense mushroom flavour, is a true delight for fans of mushrooms.
Mushrooms (button mushrooms, wild mushrooms, black trumpet mushrooms), Cadí butter, organic rice flour, pea flour, organic La Reula milk, salt, pepper, corn breadcrumbs and pasteurised egg.
Once we’ve made the mushroom filling, we let it cook until it has just the right creamy consistency. We then leave it to cool before covering each croquette in breadcrumbs.
Prior to Use
Heat the oil until it is very hot, add the croquettes (make sure the oil covers them) and after 10 seconds lower the heat by half and fry for 3 minutes until golden.
In the fridge between 0 to 4 degrees.
