Ingredients

Organic vegetables, Cadí butter, organic rice flour, pea flour, organic La Reula milk, salt, pepper, corn breadcrumbs and pasteurised egg.

Production

Once we’ve made the vegetable filling, we let it cook until it has just the right creamy consistency. We then leave it to cool before covering each croquette in breadcrumbs.

Prior to Use

Heat the oil until it is very hot, add the croquettes (make sure the oil covers them) and after 10 seconds lower the heat by half and fry for 3 minutes until golden.

Storage

In the fridge between 0 to 4 degrees.

10 days.
