Ingredients

Pork, veal, onion, tomato, mushrooms, chicken and vegetable broth (water, chicken, carrot, onion, leek, parsnip, CELERY, salt and turnip) wine (contains SULPHITES), garlic, salt and pepper, béchamel sauce (organic cow’s MILK from La Reula, onion, mushrooms, organic rice flour), Cadi BUTTER, extra virgin olive oil, salt, fresh pasta (organic rice flour and maize, pasteurised EGG and olive oil) may contain traces of MUSTARD and FISH.

Production

Roast the pork and veal with the mushrooms and mash until we obtain an ideal texture. Roll the filling with the cannelloni pasta and pour the béchamel sauce over it.

Prior to Use

Remove the plastic tray, bake the aluminium tray in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Storage

Keep refrigerated at 0 to 4 degrees.
