Excellent cannelloni made with roast pork, veal and mushrooms, fresh homemade pasta, very creamy béchamel sauce made with milk from La Reula. A dish to savour at the table.

Ingredients
Pork and beef, onion, tomato, mushrooms (6%) [button mushrooms, boletus and trumpets], chicken and vegetable stock [water, chicken, carrot, onion, leek, parsnip, celery, salt and turnip], wine (contains sulphites), olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper; béchamel [Reula milk, onion, rice flour, Cadí butter, boletus (1%), olive oil and salt]; fresh pasta [rice and corn flour, pasteurised egg and olive oil]. May contain traces of mustard and fish.
Production
Roast the pork and veal with the mushrooms and mash until we obtain an ideal texture. Roll the filling with the cannelloni pasta and pour the béchamel sauce over it.
