Very tasty cheese. You can eat the natural skin, it gives a very special taste.

Recommendations for Use

Perfect for an aperitif, with a good red wine.

Ingredients

Raw goat’s milk, sour curd, soft paste and mouldy skin.

Production

We make our cheese in a traditional way. Molded with a ladle, we work on it for 4 days in the workshop and then it spends 8 weeks maturing in the cellar.

Prior to Use

Place at room temperature 5 minutes before use.

Storage

In the fridge between 4 to 8 degrees.

Best Before

Once received, use within 4 months.
