Lean pork belly and meat, red and hot red pepper, salt, lactose, milk proteins, antioxidant (e-316), sugar, spices and garlic.

Production

Slow curing process of approximately two months, with natural casing.

Prior to Use

Place at room temperature 30 minutes before use.

Storage

In a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.

Best Before

Once received, use within 30 days.
