Ingredients
Onion (21%), spinach (8.5%), cheese [goat (5.6%) and cow (5.2%)], extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, Cadí butter, agave syrup and salt; béchamel [Reula milk, onion, rice flour, Cadí butter, extra virgin olive oil and salt]; fresh pasta [rice and corn flour, pasteurised egg and extra virgin olive oil]. May contain traces of mustard, celery and fish.
Production
Sauté the spinach and chop it until the perfect texture is achieved. Roll the filling with the cannelloni pasta and pour the béchamel sauce over it. Finally, top it with cheese.
