1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale
www.embotitsobach.com, hereinafter Embotits Obach, is an online platform for the sale of products produced by Sebitus SL, hereinafter Botiga Obach, with its registered office at Carrer Major, 14, 25794, Organyà (Lleida), Spain, Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-25800947, and registered with the Barcelona Mercantile Registry, Volume 1432, Folio 29, Sheet No. L-28788.
The use by the user of any of the services on this website implies the express acceptance of all the general terms and conditions of use published herein at the time the user accesses the Embotits Obach service, as well as any specific terms and conditions that may be applicable.
Embotits Obach reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions of use in order to adapt them to the legislation in force at any given time, new case law, and standard market practices. These general terms and conditions may be supplemented by specific conditions, which the user accepts by using the corresponding services.
2. Conditions of Access and Use of Botiga Obach
User Status
The use of any Embotits Obach service grants the user the status of user. Users may browse the website or make purchases. In the latter case, prior registration on the website is required.
Registration Requirement
The user undertakes at all times to comply with these conditions, as well as with the principles set out in the legal notices.
Use of Botiga Obach and Its Services
The user acknowledges and accepts that the use of the services offered by Embotits Obach is at their sole risk and responsibility.
The user undertakes to use the services of Embotits Obach in accordance with the law, public morals and public order, these general terms and conditions of use, and any specific terms and conditions that may apply.
The user agrees to make lawful use of the services and not to engage in any activity that infringes the rights of third parties, violates intellectual or industrial property regulations, or breaches any other applicable legal provisions.
Scope of Operations
Embotits Obach operates exclusively within the territory of the Member States of the European Union, as well as continental Europe.
3. Purchasing Process
Users wishing to purchase products from Embotits Obach must:
a) Select the Products
- Each product page includes an “Add to Cart” button. Simply click the button to add the selected product to the shopping cart.
- The shopping cart will accumulate all the items the user wishes to purchase. Products and quantities can be modified directly from the cart.
- To begin the checkout process, simply click the “Proceed to Checkout” button located at the bottom of the shopping cart.
b) Register
Register by entering your details under the “My Account” section or by creating a new account.
c) Complete the Order Form and Finalise the Purchase
Once registered, simply complete the delivery address forms and accept the purchase conditions.
d) Payment Methods
Payment for any purchase may be made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or similar cards), by bank transfer to our bank account, or via PayPal (which also allows payment using credit cards, including American Express).
The card used for payment must have been issued by a bank or savings institution with its registered office in any Member State of the European Union or continental Europe. Botiga Obach reserves the right to change or modify the bank account to which customers may make payments by bank transfer.
All purchase transactions carried out through Botiga Obach take place within a strictly confidential and encrypted environment thanks to SSL technology. Botiga Obach never has access to your banking details and does not store them on its servers. Consequently, you will be required to enter your payment details again each time you make a new purchase through our website.
The customer will receive the parcel at the address provided and within the delivery time slot previously selected. If the courier is unable to find the customer at the delivery address, a notice will be left together with a telephone contact to arrange a new delivery date and time.
Delivery Note: A detailed and valued delivery note will be enclosed with the products.

Delivery Time: Products will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the day following the order, depending on the delivery area. Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days. In the event of a delay attributable to Embotits Obach, the customer will be notified by email and/or telephone and will be entitled to cancel the purchase immediately.
Invoice: The invoice will be attached to the order confirmation/shipping email.
Prices: All prices displayed in the online shop include VAT.
Minimum Order: The minimum purchase amount required to place an order is €40.
Maximum Number of Units per Order: A maximum of 70 units may be purchased per order or transaction.
Shipping Costs: Products are shipped by courier at the following rates:
Spain (excluding the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): €7.90, free on orders over €80.
Balearic Islands: €18.95, free on orders over €120.
Portugal: €18.95, free on orders over €120.
At present, Embotits Obach does not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Andorra, the rest of the European Union, or any other international destinations.
Guarantee: All products are covered by the Botiga Obach quality guarantee. The guarantee does not cover defects resulting from improper storage or handling of the product. To submit a claim, please contact comandesbotiga@obach1915.com.
Returns: The return procedure begins by sending an email to comandesbotiga@obach1915.com, including your order details, your identification, the reason for the return, and, in the case of a defective product, a photograph showing the product as received. We will reply to your email as soon as possible. If all the requirements are met, Embotits Obach will either refund the full amount of the order or send a replacement, according to the solution mutually agreed upon, once the returned order or product has been received.
Returned products must be sent using the original Embotits Obach box, or similar packaging that ensures the product is returned in perfect condition. A copy of the delivery note must be enclosed inside the package, indicating the reason for the return.
Embotits Obach shall not be liable for any costs arising from returns that do not comply with the procedure described above.
Language: All communications may be conducted in Catalan or Spanish.
4. Product Information
Embotits Obach products are presented by means of photographs and descriptions. The photographs of the products and their distinctive features are intended to provide careful and detailed information about the products. Nevertheless, users and purchasers should be aware that the appearance of the photographed products may differ from the products actually delivered.
If, due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), a product becomes unavailable after the purchase has been completed, Embotits Obach will inform the customer of the total or partial cancellation of the order and may cancel it in full. Any costs arising from such cancellation shall be borne by Embotits Obach.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties. Liability
Availability and Continuity of the Website and Its Services
Embotits Obach does not guarantee the availability, accessibility or uninterrupted operation of www.embotitsobach.com or its services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Embotits Obach shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the user as a result of the unavailability of the website, access failures, or interruptions in the operation of Botiga Obach and its services.
Embotits Obach shall be solely responsible for the services it provides directly and shall not be liable where the user’s configuration or equipment is unsuitable, or where circumstances of force majeure apply.
The total liability of Embotits Obach towards the purchaser, on any grounds whatsoever, shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid directly by the purchaser through the Embotits Obach service, excluding, in all circumstances, liability for indirect damages or loss of profits.
Embotits Obach shall not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage of any kind suffered by the user as a result of viruses or other elements contained in content or services provided by third parties that may alter the user’s computer system, electronic documents or files.
